Jablonski diagram

A Jablonski diagram, named after the Polish physicist Aleksander Jabłoński, is a diagram that illustrates the nonradiative transitions by squiggly arrows. The vibrational ground states of each electronic state are indicated with thick lines, the higher vibrational states with thinner lines.
