Thiocyanate

  Thiocyanate (also known as sulphocyanate or thiocyanide) is the anion, [SCN]⁻. Common compounds include the colourless salts potassium thiocyanate and sodium thiocyanate. functional group SCN are also called thiocyanates. Mercury(II) thiocyanate was formerly used in pyrotechnics.
