4-HO-MiPT, or 4-hydroxy-N-methyl-N-LSD, though 4-HO-MiPT has less potency. To date, there have been no reports of deaths from 4-HO-MiPT. It is a fairly rare compound with no toxicology

Law

4-HO-MIPT is unscheduled in the United States. It is possible that it could be considered an analog of 5-MeO-DIPT, in which case sales for human consumption or possession with the intent to ingest could be prosecuted under the Federal Analog Act. However, there have been few to no existing cases.
