Phacetoperane (Levofacetoperane) is a pethidine and cocaine, show similar activity to the parent compound.[2]

Phacetoperane was researched for similar applications to methylphenidate, but was never marketed. The levo-isomer Levophacetoperane seems to have been more researched, but presumably the dextro isomer or racemic mix are also known.[3]
